I build the whole pipeline, not a piece of it.
I'm Nikunj Chugh — a growth systems architect based in Delhi, working with businesses worldwide. Most companies hire a developer, an agency, an SEO, and an automation consultant, then spend their week translating between them. My work removes the translation layer: one operator who writes the code, runs the ads, ranks the pages, and wires the automations that connect them.
The path here
The build years
Started where every operator should — shipping websites and learning why some converted and most didn't. Code first, opinions later.
The traffic years
Moved to the demand side: Meta and Google ad accounts, real budgets, real consequences. Learned that tracking honesty beats creative genius.
The search years
Built SEO into the stack because rented traffic is a treadmill. Compounding organic pipelines changed how I think about every channel.
The systems years
AI made it possible to wire everything together — automations doing the judgment work between the site, the ads, and the pipeline. That's the business now.
Operating principles
- 01Every claim carries a number, or it doesn't ship.
- 02Fix measurement before strategy. Bad data makes every decision wrong.
- 03Own the asset. Rented traffic and rented tools are fine; rented leverage isn't.
- 04Automate the process only after you can write it on one page.
- 05If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you who is.
