Service 01 — AI Automation
Get 20 hours a week back without hiring.
Audited, designed, and deployed automation pipelines that connect your CRM, ads, inbox, and delivery — with AI doing the judgment work in between.
This is for you if
- Founders doing $20k–$500k/mo drowning in ops
- Teams copy-pasting between 4+ tools daily
- Businesses losing leads to slow follow-up
This is not for you if
- Companies without a working offer yet
- Anyone wanting a chatbot for the sake of it
- Teams unwilling to document their process once

Process
How the engagement runs
01
Diagnose
One-week audit: where hours and leads actually leak.
02
Design
Pipeline blueprints you approve before a single node is built.
03
Deploy
Built in sprints, tested against live data, monitored.
04
Compound
Monthly review; every quarter the system gets smarter.
Engagement
I work in three shapes — a fixed-scope Sprint, an ongoing Retainer, or lightweight Advisory. Exact scope and pricing are set after a discovery call, once I understand your size, stack, and goals.
Questions, answered straight
Which tools do you build on?
Primarily n8n and Make for orchestration, with OpenAI or Claude models for judgment steps. If you already run Zapier or a specific CRM, I build around your stack rather than forcing a migration.
What happens when an automation breaks?
Every pipeline ships with error handling, retry logic, and alerting to your inbox or Slack. Nothing fails silently. The 30-day stabilisation window exists precisely to catch edge cases against real traffic.
Do I own the automations?
Yes. Everything is built in your accounts, documented, and handed over. You are never locked into me.
How is AI actually used — is this just Zapier?
Classic automation moves data. The AI layer makes decisions: qualifying a lead, drafting a reply in your voice, extracting fields from a messy email. That judgment layer is what removes the human from the loop.
How long until I see results?
The first pipeline is usually live within two weeks of the audit. Time savings show up in the first month; the compounding effect shows up in the quarter.
Next step
Ready to talk ai automation?
A 30-minute discovery call. You bring the numbers, I'll bring the questions. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you who is.
